1.Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to, browsing of, and use of the website https://www.trupeptidos.com (the "Site"), as well as the purchase of the products offered through it by TruPeptidos ("TruPeptides," "we," "us," or "the Company").
Accessing the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our communication channels, or placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of these Terms, in the version published at the relevant time. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and from making purchases.
TruPeptides reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time in order to reflect legislative, commercial, or technical changes. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site, so we recommend reviewing this page periodically. The date of the most recent update appears at the beginning and end of this document.
2.Identity of the site owner
The Site is operated by TruPeptidos, a commercial company incorporated under Colombian law, with its principal place of business in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Any communication related to these Terms may be directed to the channels listed in the contact section of this document.
3.Research-grade products, not medicines
All products sold by TruPeptides are research-grade compounds, intended exclusively for research, laboratory analysis, and scientific study. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, or consumer cosmetics, and they are not products for consumption, application, or administration in humans or animals.
The products have not been evaluated or approved by INVIMA (Colombia's National Food and Drug Surveillance Institute) to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. The scientific information published on the Site—including the research areas described for each compound—reflects findings from preclinical studies and research in animal models, is presented for educational and informational purposes only, and under no circumstances constitutes medical advice, a dosage recommendation, or a promise of therapeutic results.
The customer represents and warrants that they purchase the products with full knowledge of their research-grade nature, that they assume sole responsibility for how the products are handled, stored, and used, and that such use will conform to research purposes and applicable regulations. TruPeptides does not promote, suggest, or endorse any use other than research. We always recommend consulting a duly qualified healthcare professional.
4.Legal age and capacity
Use of the Site and the purchase of products are reserved exclusively for adults 18 and over with full legal capacity to contract under Colombian law. By placing an order, the customer declares, under their own responsibility, that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to be bound by these Terms.
TruPeptides may request verification of the customer's age and identity at any point in the purchase or delivery process, and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when there are reasonable indications that the buyer does not meet this requirement.
5.Use of the website
The customer agrees to use the Site lawfully, diligently, and in accordance with these Terms, public order, and good faith. In particular, the user agrees to refrain from:
- Using the Site for fraudulent purposes or for activities contrary to Colombian law.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or outdated information when registering or placing an order.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Company's systems, servers, or databases.
- Introducing viruses, malicious code, or any element that could damage, overload, or disable the Site.
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing the Site's content without express written authorization.
Purchases on the Site are completed through WhatsApp coordination with an advisor, who confirms availability, the total amount, shipping details, and the payment method. TruPeptides reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel the access of any user who breaches these conditions, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
6.Pricing and payments
Prices published on the Site are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are disclosed separately before the order is confirmed.
TruPeptides reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders whose purchase has already been confirmed. If an obvious typographical or technical error is detected in a product's price, the Company reserves the right to void the transaction and notify the customer promptly, offering the applicable correction or refund.
Payment methods
Payment is made online through a secure CoinGate payment link, a gateway that accepts cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others). The process is coordinated via WhatsApp. Payment confirmation is required before an order is dispatched.
7.Shipping and delivery
Orders ship nationwide through partner couriers such as Coordinadora and Servientrega. Estimated delivery times are 24 to 48 business hours in major cities and may be longer in remote areas or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control. Shipping is free on orders over $250.000 COP.
Because our products require a cold chain, they are dispatched in insulated packaging with cold gel packs to preserve their integrity in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete delivery address, to receive the package promptly, and to refrigerate it (at 2–8 °C) according to the storage instructions.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of result. TruPeptides is not liable for delays attributable to couriers, force majeure, acts of God, weather conditions, logistics contingencies, or incorrect information provided by the customer. 8.Limitation of liability
TruPeptides products are sold as research-grade compounds on the premise that the customer assumes sole control of and responsibility for their handling, storage, and use. To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, TruPeptides is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper or unauthorized use of the products, or from any use other than research.
The information on the Site is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for the advice of a duly qualified healthcare, scientific, or legal professional. TruPeptides does not warrant that the Site will be free of interruptions or errors, nor does it assume responsibility for decisions the user makes based on that information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability in cases where such exclusion is prohibited by Colombian law, including the consumer-protection provisions of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombia's Consumer Statute).
9.Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including, without limitation, the "TrüPeptides" trademark, the logo, texts, illustrations, graphics, images, iconography, design, source code, structure, and all other elements—is the property of TruPeptidos or its licensors and is protected by Colombian and international copyright and industrial-property law.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other use of such content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes is prohibited without the Company's prior express written authorization. Unauthorized use of the trademark or the content may give rise to the corresponding legal action.
10.Personal data processing
TruPeptidos acts as the data controller for the personal data users provide through the Site, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data, Colombia's data protection law) and its implementing decrees. Data is collected and processed to manage orders, coordinate shipments, answer inquiries, and send commercial communications when the data subject has authorized them.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising in connection with the interpretation, performance, or enforcement of these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, without prejudice to the powers and authority of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) in matters of consumer protection and personal data protection.
The parties will seek to resolve any dispute in good faith, through direct negotiation, before resorting to the courts.
