Synthesis to GMP standards
Every peptide is synthesized in labs that operate under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): raw-material traceability, cross-contamination control, pharmaceutical-grade water, and documentation of every run. The sequence is built amino acid by amino acid through solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).

Purity analysis by HPLC
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separates the peptide from impurities, salts, and truncated peptides, and quantifies exactly what percentage of the sample is the target molecule. It's the reference technique for measuring purity. Our acceptance threshold is ≥99%: a batch that doesn't reach it isn't released.

Identity confirmation by mass spectrometry
Mass spectrometry (MS) measures the compound's exact molecular weight and confirms that the molecule matches the declared sequence. HPLC answers "how pure is it?"; MS answers "is it really this molecule?". Only when both tests pass do we certify identity and purity.

Lyophilization and final QC
The peptide is lyophilized—vacuum freeze-dried—to remove the water and stabilize the powder, extending its shelf life. It's packaged in a sterile vial under controlled conditions, and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) that accompanies that specific batch is issued, with its unique number and its verification QR code.
